Many of our products have no minimum - order a single embroidered polo or a handful of tees. Screen printing is most cost-effective at 12+ pieces, but we'll always show you the best method for your quantity.

Your price depends on the garment, the number of ink colors or stitches, and quantity. The more you order, the lower your per-item price. Every quote includes free art setup - no hidden fees.

Absolutely. Mix adult and youth sizes freely. Mixing garment colors is fine too - as long as the print colors work on each, which we'll confirm on your proof.

Yes. Large orders automatically unlock volume pricing, and we offer special rates for schools, nonprofits, and fundraisers. Just mention it on your quote request.

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG all work great. Vector files are ideal, but don't worry if you only have a logo image - we'll clean it up and vectorize it for free.

Always. You'll receive a digital proof - usually within 24 hours - showing exact colors, placement, and sizing. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.

Standard production is about two weeks after you approve your proof, plus shipping. Need it sooner? Rush production can turn orders around in as few as 3 business days.

Yes. When you give us a hard deadline, we guarantee your order arrives on time - or we make it right. Just tell us your date on your quote.

Shipping is free on orders over $100. For smaller orders, we charge affordable flat-rate shipping shown before you check out. We can also split-ship to multiple addresses.

If your order isn't right - a misprint, a defect, or it doesn't match your approved proof - we'll reprint it or refund it. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

You can change or cancel anytime before you approve your proof at no charge. Once production begins we may not be able to make changes, so review your proof carefully.
