Information you give us

When you fill out a quote, product request or contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the product, quantity, decoration and deadline you're interested in, and any project notes or message. If you email us artwork, logos or designs, we receive those files and your email address.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) are kept to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, prepare quotes and mockups, and produce and deliver your order
To contact you about your order by email or phone
To send occasional design tips and offers, only if you check the box asking for them on the quote form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep records of past orders so reorders are quick and consistent, including your digitized logo files
To keep the website running and secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information.

Your artwork

Logos and designs you send us are used only to produce your orders. We keep them, and any stitch files we create from them, so we can handle reorders. Ask us and we'll delete them.

How long we keep information

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending marketing emails, by emailing meadowprintsembroidery@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people and services that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
