These terms apply to your use of meadowprintsandembroidery.com and to orders placed with Meadow Prints & Embroidery LLC ("Meadow Prints", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email meadowprintsembroidery@gmail.com or call (732) 763-6078.
Prices are quoted per order and depend on the garment, quantity and decoration. A quote is an estimate, not an order. Your order is confirmed once you approve your proof and any payment terms on your invoice.
Before anything is produced, we send a digital proof showing colors, placement and sizing. Please review it carefully, including spelling, names, numbers and sizes. Once you approve a proof, we produce your order to match it. Colors on screens can differ slightly from finished ink and thread colors.
You can change or cancel an order at no charge any time before you approve your proof. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes or cancel, because every item is made to order.
By sending us a logo, design, name or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright or other rights. You are responsible for any claims arising from artwork you provide. We may decline any order that we believe infringes someone's rights or that we find offensive.
Standard production is about two weeks after proof approval, plus shipping, and rush production may be available. If you give us a hard deadline and we accept it when quoting, we will deliver on time or make it right. Otherwise, timelines are estimates and can be affected by supplier stock, carrier delays and events outside our control.
If your order has a misprint or defect, or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us as soon as you receive it and we will reprint the affected items or refund them. Because every item is custom-made, we can't accept returns or exchanges for items that match the approved proof, including for size or change of mind.
Blank garments are sourced from our suppliers. Brand names such as Nike, Carhartt and The North Face belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands; we decorate their products for you. Product photos show the blank garment and may differ slightly in color from the item you receive.
The content, photos and design of this website belong to Meadow Prints or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Don't use the site or its forms to send spam or unlawful content.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date at the top of the page, applies to orders placed after that date.
